This site is operated by Reese & Associates, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. What this site is — and is not

The site compiles and analyses public regulatory filings: SEC Forms 4 and 13F, 8-K filings, annual reports, and congressional and executive-branch financial disclosures.

This is information, not advice. Specifically:

Nothing on this site is investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation

to buy, sell or hold any security.

Nothing on this site is personalised to you, your portfolio, your finances or

your goals. Every visitor sees the same content.

We are not your investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary, and using this site

creates no such relationship.

Ratings and scores describe how strongly public disclosures agree with one

another. They are not predictions of future performance and not statements about whether a security is a good investment.

You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Consider speaking to a licensed professional who knows your circumstances.

3. Accuracy

We compile from public sources and try to be careful, but:

Filings are disclosed on a delay. Congressional trades may be reported up to 45

days after the fact; 13F holdings are quarterly and filed after quarter-end.

Source documents contain errors, and some are scanned or handwritten and must be

read automatically.

Coverage is uneven. Some issuers are not required to make some filings at all.
Automated matching of company names to tickers is imperfect; we prefer to leave

something unresolved rather than guess.

We make no warranty that the information is accurate, complete or current, and the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you spot something wrong, the "Report an issue" button on any page sends it to us.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reese & Associates, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or investment losses, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site — whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

Scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades it for others.
Republish substantial portions of the compiled dataset as your own.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
Submit anything through the feedback form that is unlawful or abusive.

The underlying filings are public records and we claim no ownership of them. What is ours is the compilation, the analysis, the scoring methodology, and the presentation.

6. Links to other sites

We link to source filings and other sites for reference. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. The "last updated" date will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
