We don't track you. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics scripts, no third-party trackers, and no user accounts. You can read every page on this site without giving us anything.
The only information we collect is what you type into the "Report an issue" form, and we only collect it because you chose to send it.
When you browse: nothing that identifies you. We set no cookies and use no analytics. Our hosting provider processes your request in order to serve the page, and keeps its own short-term server logs, as any web host does.
When you submit feedback, we store:

Your IP address is not stored. It is hashed with a fixed secret and truncated, which lets us count submissions from one source without keeping the address itself or being able to recover it.
We do not ask for your name or email in the feedback form, so unless you type personal information into the message box, feedback reports are not linked to you. Please don't put personal information in the message box — we don't need it.
Feedback reports are stored in a private cloud storage bucket that is not publicly readable. Only the operator can retrieve them.
Feedback reports are kept until they've been acted on, then deleted. There is no fixed retention period because there's no automated pipeline consuming them — they exist so a human can read and fix a problem.
Because we don't collect identifying information, there is usually nothing to request or delete. If you believe you sent us something identifying and want it removed, email support@pilhar.ai with enough detail to locate the report and we'll delete it.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests and stores the feedback reports described above. We don't share data with any other processor.
This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes to what we collect will be noted on the site.
